Well, Today was the day. Kortne LOVES to have lots of things in her room, even things that dad doesn't think ever get played with or used. Today Kort and I decided to tackle the mess. We spent the morning taking everything out of the room in plastic totes and putting it in the office. Then we vacuumed the floor, put the sheets in the washer and headed out for a break. During our break we went to bed bath and beyond and grabbed a fitted bed pad thingy. Kortne had been using an egg foam thing but it was time to get her a nice fitted pad to put under her sheets. Then we headed to grandma and grandpa's to grab the small plastic table I left there when I moved out. A couple attempts at the new WII game (see previous post) and back home we went.
It took a lot of work and Kortne did a really good job working though all the little nick nacks in her room. She made some tough decisions to get rid of some things and worked hard to help organize the rest. Oh ya, we got a couple totes that fit under her bed for her baby doll stuff and other things. Now she is resting and relaxing in her room watching full house.
